Introduction to the heart
Watch these introduction videos and then answer the questions on task 1 of the companion sheet
In your companion sheets, add arrows and labels to the super simple heart diagram. The labels must include:-
The name of the heart chamber
Arrows showing direction of blood through the heart
Names of the 4 major blood vessels of the heart
Names of where the blood it travelling to / from via the arrows
Now that we have an idea of the simplified parts of the hear, label a much more realistic representation of the heart.
This type of diagram you will need to be able to label on a GCSE paper
Then complete the fill in the blanks to consolidate your knowledge
