Being overweight, can lead to high blood pressure , which can damage arteries.
Poor nutrition can contribute to the risk of developing some diseases. E.g. high fat or sugar can cause high blood pressure, depression, type 2 diabetes. Low calcium- Osteoporosis
Stress can lead an increase in blood pressure.
Immune system diseases can increase the risk of contracting other infections.
